My wife and I just closed on a condominium unit in Atlantis Florida. Our real estate agent was Christina Sarubbi and if I did not provide her with a glowing testimonial it would be an injustice. Sounds dramatic, but I am an attorney from New Jersey and have been a part of many closings with many agents. I can say without reservation that Christina ranks at the top. My wife and I were not yet seriously in the market for a Florida condo but thought we might look at a place that had caught my wife’s eye on Realtor.com. Since the condo was in the community where we were going to play golf while on vacation, we set up an appointment through Maggie Sarubbi Luxury Homes Group, the listing agent, and met Christina at the site. Without going through all the details, let me just say that Christina was low pressure and highly responsive. She listened to what we were looking for, what our plan was, and provided us with complete and accurate information. Her work ethic and communication skills were exceptional. Regardless of what else she was involved in, she kept us fully informed throughout the process and responded to every query or request in less than 24 hours. Frankly, had she not been so good at her job, we probably would have lost interest since, as mentioned, we were not seriously in the market at this time. Again, I can’t think of anything she could have done better professionally and when you combine that with her sincerity and personable manner, I truly do not think you could find a better agent.
